This is a new way to pay for your communal bills using your debit card. With the new service from D Bank, you can ease the way you pay for:
1. Telecommunication – fixed or mobile
2. Central Heating
3. Electricity
4. Water supply
5. Cable/Sat TV
6. Gas

What are the advantages?
1. The registration is free-of-charge.
2. The Bank pays the bills for you.
3. You preserve the management over your monthly payments.
4. You receive SMS and/or e-mail for your bills and for each successful payment.
5. You can choose to receive SMS and/or e-mail for each unsuccessful payment.
6. You can set up limits for maximal amount for a bill.
7. You can change the parameters of your registration or cancel it at any time.

How much does it cost?
1. Registration for the service is free-of-charge.
2. Payment of a bill using a debit card – BGN 0.15  (charge to you card account).
3. SMS notification for communal bill payment – BGN 0.10 (charged to your SMS deposit).
4. E-mail notification for communal bill payment – BGN 0.05(charged to your SMS deposit).

In addition, you can get a SMS and/or an e-mail notification for:
1. A bill that is over the preset limit for a single bill, over which no payment will be done.
2. A request for payment from the merchant 3 days before payment.
3. Every successful payment.
4. Every unsuccessful payment.
5. Unpaid bill in the last day of the payment period when unsuccessful payment (the payment can be paid only on cashier’s desk of the communal service provider) or 10th unsuccessful payment.

What makes it convenient?
1. When using this automated system for communal bills the cardholder (the client) does not have to pay attention or to authorize each single bill.
2. When a request for payment comes, the system automatically initiates the payment.
3. You can pay not only your own communal bills, but others’ bills as well.

Notice: in most cases in order to take advantage of this system, all previous bills have to be paid in full.
