This facility provides the cardholders with information, by receiving SMS on their mobile phone, immediately after each and every on-line authorization or financial transaction, when paying on a POS or withdrawing  cash on an ATM. The message contains information about the date and time; transaction type - withdrawal or payment on POS; merchant’s name; merchant’s address; the original amount and currency of the transaction (authorization); and the result – successful or rejected and providing the reasons for rejection (insufficient funds; over limit transaction and others)

What do you need to take advantage of the service?

The only thing you need to do is to fill out a form, which you can get in any office of D Bank in Bulgaria, and register your Maestro card for SMS notification.

Change or Cancelation of registration

Change of your personal information or cancelation of the registration can be done in any office of D Bank in Bulgaria. If you change your GSM number you need to inform the bank in order to receive SMS notifications on your new phone number. (A new personal registration code will be generated!)

To cancel your registration you need to inform the bank. The SMS notification service will be terminated and the remaining of your SMS deposit will be returned to your card account.

Fees

D Bank offers free-of-charge registration for SMS notification service.

SMS deposit must be made by choosing between various amounts BGN 5; 10; 20 or 50. The deposit amount can be charged directly to your card during registration or afterwards. If the balance on your SMS deposit reaches 10% you will receive a warning free-of-charge, then you can transfer new funds to your deposit by visiting the nearest office of D Bank or simply ask for automatic SMS deposit recharge when the funds are depleted.

Each SMS notification costs 0.18 BGN (VAT incl.)
