In order to receive a money transfer, you can visit the nearest Bank’s office, and to inform the officer there about the money transfer control number, for which you were advised by the sender, the latter’s full names, the expected amount, the city and the country. After submitting your personal identity document, and by filling no forms, you can receive the amount either in cash or on your account free of charge.
For sending money, you can visit one of our branches and fill in a Send Money form by indicating your full name, address and postcode and phone number, the country and the amount you would like to send, and the receiver’s names. We shall provide you with a control number, which you will have to deliver to the receiver for getting the amount in the nearest Western Union location.
