Due to the introduction of our new private phone network (IP PBX), we kindly inform our customers and partners for the forthcoming replacement of the current HO and branch network phone and fax numbers of the Bank.

The new numbers will be introduced as of January 20th 2012 within one-month schedule. After installation of each new number, customers will be able to dial both numbers (the new and the current one) for a month’s period, duly indicated in the website of the Bank. After the еnd of this period the current phone numbers will be closed and customers shall be able to dial the new numbers only. In addition, phone access to the Bank’s PBX then would be easier and more reliable for our customers.

New phone numbers will be indicated on a stepwise basis in the Bank's website, in Branch network menu.
