D Bank's financial center in Svilengrad is launching new and favourable loan facilities for gasification to be used for building up of home gas networks and installations, and for purchasing and delivery of gas appliances and equipment.
The volume of the loans granted is up to BGN 10 000 or its EUR equivalent, while the maturity term is 60 months.
The interest rates are highly competitive - 10.5% for the EUR loans and 12.5% for the BGN facility, formed by the Bank's basic interest rate plus 1% supplement.
These loans could be guaranteed by solvent guarantors or a pledge on one's salary / pension, transfered to an account with the Bank. A deposit opened with the Bank or a real estate collateral are accepted as well, while the loan amount will be up to 70% of the estate's liquidation value.
The fees charged are extremely low and profitable for the clients.
The Bank requires also a copy of the contract between the loan applicant and the gas vendor to be delivered together with a proforma invoice for the gas equipment.
The favourable gas loans for the cheep, blue fuel will allow households to optimize their heating expenses and to obtain comfort during the winter months.
