Festive working hours

Dear clients,

Please note that the working hours of our branches during the holidays will be as follows:

- from 25.12.2023 to 27.12.2023 inclusive, all offices of D Bank will not work;

- on 28.12.2023 (Thursday) all offices will work with standard working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;

- on 29.12.2023 (Friday) the working hours with customers of all offices will be until 12:00.

All transfers via D Bank Online or D Mobile will be accepted 24/7, but their processing on 29.12.2023 (Friday) will be as follows:

• transfers through RINGS will be processed until 2:00 p.m.;
• all other transfers will be processed by 6:00 p.m.

Transfers submitted after these hours will be processed on 02.01.2024 (Tuesday).
