Preparing a draft notary deed for a mortgage / an application for its registration – min. EUR 75.
Financing by the Bank – available up to 100% of the price of the newly purchased real estate, when an additional collateral is provided.
Whom is My Home mortgage made for? – Our mortgage facility is for individuals with an income either from permanent labor income, private business or freelancers, who can repay their debt up to the age of 65.

- When drawing down the loan, a lump amount is charged, depending on loan's volume and the type of income, as follows:
• 1.25% for applicants with income as per # 2, and
• 1,5% for applicants with income as per # 3.
- For a stand on the collateral's value (percentage on the loan applied):
• min. 0.5% for a stand on a non-residential estate by an evaluator of the Bank (subject to an agreement, min. BGN 100 and max. BGN 500);
BGN 100 for a stand on an evaluation of an external, licensed evaluator;
- For servicing the loan – 0,25% p.a. on the loan remainder with a repayment schedule longer than 12 months;
- For pre-term repayment:
• a lump amount, min. 2%, on the remainder for repayment with personal funds till the 60th month of the life of the loan;
• a lump amount, min. 5%, on the loan remainder, when refinanced till the 60th month of the life of the loan;
• Free of charge pre-term repayment after the 5th year of the loan’s life with own funds;

The estimated total amount due (principle, rates and fees incl.) would be EUR 65694.07, while the annual per cent of the costs (APC) would amount to 6,5434%.
- If My Home mortgage, you want to have, amounts to EUR 30 000, with a 25-year repayment plan fixed rate of 7,50% for the first year, and 7,945% projected rate for the remaining period, then the monthly, annuity installment would amount to EUR 223.73, while the projected installment for the period till the next change would be EUR 232.42. The estimated total amount due (principle, rates and fees incl.) would be EUR 72040.34, while the annual per cent of the costs (APC) would amount to 7.945%.
- If My Home mortgage, you want to have, amounts to EUR 30 000, with a 25-year repayment plan fixed rate of 9,45% for the first year, and 9,445% projected rate for the remaining period, then the monthly, annuity installment would amount to EUR 263.81, while the projected installment for the period till the next change would be EUR 232.42.
