Currency Conversion in Connection with the Introduction of the Euro
Information on the currency conversion of financial instruments in connection with the introduction of the euro in the Republic of Bulgaria.
The MiFID II/MiFIR Package
As of 3 January 2018, the requirements of the European legal framework for financial markets – Directive 2014/65/EU and Regulation No. 600/2014 on markets in financial instruments – apply.
The changes are intended to strengthen the integration, competitiveness and integrity of financial markets in the EU and ensure a high level of investor protection. At national level, the requirements have been implemented through the Markets in Financial Instruments Act and the secondary legislation of the Financial Supervision Commission.
Execution of Customer Orders
In its operations as an investment intermediary, D Commerce Bank acts in the best interests of its customers and monitors compliance with the requirements of the Markets in Financial Instruments Act and MiFID II.

Information under Regulation (EU) 2019/2088
Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 establishes a common European framework for sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector.
In its capacity as an investment intermediary, D Commerce Bank states that it does not fall within the scope of the harmonised requirements for public disclosure to investors of information concerning the integration of sustainability risks into the investment decision-making process when providing services to customers.
