Procedure for Handling Reports

1. Pursuant to Article 58d, paragraph 1 of the Electronic Governance Act and in accordance with D Commerce Bank’s approved internal rules, the following procedure for handling reports has been established:

If you wish to submit an enquiry, objection or complaint, you can do so in writing, either in free text or using the Customer Form available at every Bank branch or here, after which you can submit it using one of the following methods:

  • At any Bank branch
  • By email at: dbank@dbank.bg
  • At the Bank’s Head Office: D Commerce Bank, Sofia 1606, 8 General Totleben Blvd

The report is considered within 30 days of receipt. A response is prepared within the same period and includes a description of the actions taken and measures adopted to remedy the accessibility breach, together with the deadline for remedying the stated accessibility breaches, or a reasoned refusal where the request is considered unfounded and unlawful.

2. If the Bank:

  • does not respond to the report within the period stated above; or
  • does not take the measures specified in its response to remedy the accessibility breach,

the person who submitted the report may lodge a complaint with the Chairperson of the State e-Government Agency in any of the following ways:
