Example: For a loan of 102 258.38 EUR/200 000 BGN over 20 years, with full liability assumed, the interest rate is 2.60%. The loan is repaid in equal monthly annuity instalments of EUR 546.87/BGN 1069.58, provided your salary or 150% of the monthly instalment is paid into an account with a Debit MasterCard. The annual percentage rate of charge (APRC) will be 2.75%, and the total amount payable will be 132 611.86 EUR/259 366.26 BGN. The fees included in the loan are: application assessment and approval fee – 0; monthly Allegro package fee – 3.04 EUR/5.95 BGN; property valuation fee – 102.26 EUR/200 BGN; Bank fee for preparing consent to discharge the mortgage – 30.68 EUR/60 BGN; Bank fee for renewing and registering the renewal of the mortgage – 30.68 EUR/60 BGN; annual credit-card servicing fee – 21.47 EUR/42 BGN.
