If you have an account with another bank in the country but no longer wish to use it, our payment account switching service is the solution for you.

You can switch your account to DBank using our service for switching an individual payment account between two banks in the Republic of Bulgaria. Visit any DBank branch across the country and take advantage of our offer. A full description of the switching procedure is provided in the attached file.

The account switching process is carried out in accordance with the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act (PSPSA). Payment accounts can be switched if they are in the same currency and held with payment service providers operating within the country.
