What Is Mastercard Identity Check?
With Mastercard Identity Check we provide an additional, much higher level of security and minimise the risk of unauthorised use of your card details by requiring a combination of secret passwords or biometric identity confirmation on online retailers’ websites certified for this functionality. This gives you confidence that you are transacting with the genuine retailer, while the retailer can be confident that it is selling to the genuine cardholder. Shopping on websites that use the platform Mastercard Identity Check requires a combination of passwords to be entered for each card transaction for which a mobile telephone number has been provided and registered with D Commerce Bank, or the use of the biometric authentication mobile application available for Android and iOS. Take advantage of our new service Mastercard Identity Check, by updating your mobile telephone number with the Bank and reading the Terms and Conditions for its use from 29.09.2020 (the Terms and Conditions applicable until 28.09.2020 can be viewed here).
You receive your static password in the envelope with your card and can use it to confirm online payments. The password is generated automatically and is known only to you. If you wish to change it, you can do so here. Please note that your new password must contain at least 8 characters – a combination of letters, numbers and special characters (chosen from: _ – % @ & * \ . # , / ? !). Please be aware that, at present, YOU CANNOT USE SPECIAL CHARACTERS SUCH AS: ~ ^ $ + = €. What is 3DSec – application for biometric authentication of online transactions with DBank bank cards?
3D Sec is a BORICA AD application providing a secure and convenient way to confirm online 3D Secure payments with your bank card using biometric features such as fingerprint and facial recognition. The service provides an identification solution for confirming online payments without requiring you to enter a dynamic or static password. DBank enables you to use the 3DSec application as part of our DMobile mobile application. This innovative solution allows you to use several services by installing just one application.
DMobile is available to install free of charge from the official Android and iOS stores – Google Play and the App Store:

Open the App Store on an iPhone or Google Play on an Android device. Search for DMobile. Tap Install or Download to download the application.
IMPORTANT!
Use of the 3DSec service requires registration and active access rights for the mobile banking service. The two services depend on each other, and the 3DSec cannot be used without active access rights and registration for DMobile – DBank mobile banking. Remember that DBank never asks customers to provide personal data, activation codes or passwords by email or telephone!
To use 3DSec biometric authentication for online transactions with DBank bank cards, after installing the DMobile mobile application you must register your bank card through the 3DSec menu.
