The Bank offers every type of comprehensive banking service.

For our municipal, organisational and state-owned enterprise customers, we offer priority service in our banking halls and, where appropriate and necessary, on-site visits. Service is available without interruption from 8.30 to 17.00. Bank staff advise and assist our customers throughout the comprehensive service process. We have a team of qualified and motivated experts in specialist units, ensuring impeccable service, as well as a branch network covering every region of the Republic of Bulgaria.
