Internship Programme

Through our internship programme, we offer you the opportunity to learn about the work of the Bank’s Head Office departments or how work is organised at our financial centres and branches across the country.

By taking part in the internship programme, you will gain first-hand insight into how a stable banking institution operates in one of the following areas:

By working in Retail Banking you will learn about the principal sales processes for the Bank’s products and the lending process for small businesses and individuals.

In Corporate Banking you will have the opportunity to take part in structuring lending transactions and analysing the financial documents and businesses of corporate customers.

In Arrears and Problem Loans you will learn about methods for restructuring and renegotiating loans with overdue instalments and for recovering the Bank’s receivables from problem lending transactions.

In Financial Markets and Investments you will learn about foreign-exchange trading, securities portfolio management, transactions in financial instruments on domestic and foreign debt and equity markets, and advising customers on the Bank’s investment services.

In Credit Risk Management you will participate in business and financial analysis of loan applicants and the preparation of opinions determining their risk profiles.

In the Operations unit you will learn all about payments in local and foreign currencies and the different types of payment systems.

By working in Credit Administration you will learn about the principal activities involved in administering lending transactions.

In General Accounting you will gain experience in applying accounting policy and organising the Bank’s accounting document workflow and reporting.

In Planning, Control and Financial Reporting you will participate in all activities relating to planning and preparing the annual budget and monitoring its implementation, as well as preparing various statements and analytical information reports concerning the Bank’s business.

In Methodology and Process Organisation you will participate in developing internal rules and procedures and in analysing, designing and optimising the Bank’s business processes.

By participating in Legal Services you will help resolve legal cases and assist in preparing opinions on all legal matters relating to the Bank’s operations.

In Human Resources Management you will assist with every aspect of human resources management – personnel administration, recruitment, reward management, training and employee development at the Bank.

In Information Technology you will help maintain and develop the Bank’s information systems and participate in various projects implementing new information systems and technologies.

In Cybersecurity you will help maintain and develop the Bank’s cybersecurity systems and participate in various projects implementing new controls, systems and technologies.

By working in Information Security you will help prevent various types of bank fraud and participate in preparing and applying the relevant compliance rules.

In Internal Audit you will support compliance with and application of current legislation and the adopted internal rules and policies across all areas of our business.

By working in Bank Security and Anti-money Laundering you will assist in preventing and detecting unlawful acts and practices and support the Bank’s activities relating to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.

In D Insurance Broker you will assist in preparing and arranging all types of insurance relating to our banking and leasing products.

In D Leasing you will participate in preparing and administering various types of leasing transactions.

At our branches in the Branch Network across the country, you will learn about the entire workflow, the Bank’s products and services, and the principal customer service processes, while gaining experience in applying different sales techniques and models.

Our internship programme runs from 1st April to 31st October and lasts from 1 to 3 months, with full-time attendance each day during the Bank’s working hours.
