POS and ATM Devices

DBank offers corporate customers the installation of POS terminals and ATMs as part of a comprehensive customer service.

Benefits of using POS terminals

  • By using a POS terminal, merchants offer customers an additional service that helps boost sales. Statistics show that customers are willing to spend more when paying for purchases by card.
  • The most widely used domestic and international card brands are accepted: BORICA, VISA, VISA Electron, V PAY, MasterCard and Maestro.
  • There is no need to count cash, eliminating the physical counting of money and the paperwork involved in collecting or depositing cash at the Bank.
  • Payment is guaranteed because the Bank is a party to the settlement process.
  • Sales records are supported by statements from the Bank or through online banking.
What is a POS terminal and what is it used for?

A POS terminal (Point Of Sale/Service) allows merchants to accept payments by debit and/or credit card. It electronically transfers funds from customers’ cards to the merchant’s account. The terminal is installed in the customer service area of the merchant’s premises. A telephone line (used only for the duration of the transaction) and an electricity supply are required. Alternatively, our bank offers mobile POS terminals that use GSM / GPRS communication.
