We inform you that, by decision of the Management Board of D Commerce Bank AD, the following amendments to the Tariff of Fees and Commissions for Business Customers will take effect on 01.08.2026.
In Section VI, Loans, item 2, Legal services related to loan transactions,
item 2.3. Preparation/review of documents for registration of a special pledge – 50,00 EUR + VAT
item 2.5. Registration of a special pledge in the Central Register of Special Pledges, or removal of a special pledge from the Register – 50,00 EUR + VAT
This constitutes advance notice in accordance with Article 62, paragraph 1 of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act. You can review the changes to the General Terms and Conditions and the Tariff of Fees and Commissions for Business Customers on the website https://dbank.dev or at any D Commerce Bank AD branch. If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to terminate the agreement in writing before the changes take effect, without owing compensation or a penalty. The Bank will consider you to have accepted the changes unless you notify it otherwise before 01.08.2026.
