Please be informed that, by a decision of the Management Board of D Commerce Bank dated 27.05.2026, the following are amended:
FOR PERSONAL CUSTOMERS:
- With effect from 01.06.2026, the Tariff of Fees and Commissions for Personal Customers, in the Bank Loans section, will introduce a fee for ‘Preparing/coordinating an application for registration of a statutory mortgage or a draft notarial deed for a contractual mortgage’ of 25,56 EUR + VAT.
- With effect from 01.09.2026, the following amendments will be made to the Tariff of Fees and Commissions for Personal Customers:
- In the Loans section, under item 8 ‘Other’, a new fee is introduced: item 8.3. Preparation of a photocopy of a loan agreement – 1,50 EUR + VAT per page.
- The wording of item 2 in the ‘Notes’ to the ‘Banking Operations’ section is changed as follows:
‘A payment order received at a Bank branch by 16:45 or through the Bank’s online channel by 18:45 will be executed with value date on the same business day.’
2.3. The wording of item 11 in the ‘General Provisions’ section is changed as follows:
Item 11. The Bank has the right to amend and supplement this Tariff. Amendments and supplements take effect on the date specified in the notice published on the Bank’s website and in accordance with the requirements of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act.
- With effect from 01.09.2026, the General Terms and Conditions for Opening, Maintaining and Closing Accounts for Individuals (Article 22, items 1.1 and 2.3) will be amended: the cut-off time for ordering standard euro transfers with same-day value through online channels changes from 19.45 to 18:45 for domestic payments, as does the cut-off time for payments through Step2.
This constitutes advance notice under Article 62(1) of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act. You can review the amendments to the General Terms and Conditions and the Tariff of Fees and Commissions for Personal Customers on the website https://dbank.dev or at D Commerce Bank branches. If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to terminate the agreement in writing before they take effect without owing compensation or a penalty. The Bank will consider the changes accepted unless you notify it otherwise before 01.09.2026.
FOR LEGAL-ENTITY CUSTOMERS:
- With effect from 01.09.2026, the following amendments will be made:
- The Tariff of Fees and Commissions for Business Customers is amended and supplemented:
- The wording of item 2 in the ‘Notes’ to the ‘Banking Operations’ section is changed as follows:
