Under the Methodology for Determining the Variable Interest Rate on Loans to Individuals, effective from 01.01.2026, D Commerce Bank AD reviews and applies the PIFL-EURO index value twice a year, on 01.03 and 01.09.
The new PIFL-EURO index value is published on the Bulgarian National Bank’s website https://bnb.bg/Statistics/StMonetaryInterestRate/StInterestRate/StIRIROnDeposits/StIRIROnDepositsHouseholdsAndNPISHs/index.htm and will apply for the period 01.09.2026 – 28.02.2027 is 0,45%
