The D Info SMS & email notification service is intended for individuals and legal entities and enables you to receive timely, up-to-date information by SMS and/or email about the following events:

Paid SMS notifications:

• A transfer from or to an account (within the Bank or interbank);
• A cash deposit and/or withdrawal at a branch;
• Account balance (daily by 10:00, 12:00 and 17:00);
• Deposit maturity;
• Change in debit/credit card status;
• Debit/credit card reissue;
• A successful or unsuccessful debit/credit card transaction.

Free SMS notifications:

• A loan or credit card payment becoming overdue;
• A credit card statement being generated (on the statement date);
• Unauthorised credit card overdraft;
• Credit card payment due date;
• Loan repayment instalment (three days before the due date).

All email notifications are free of charge.

D Info keeps you informed promptly and accurately, saving you time and money and helping you maintain oversight of your investments.

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can provide prompt information about potential fraud and unauthorised transactions.

3. Submit the completed application at a convenient financial centre of the Bank, or
4. You can also prepare everything on site at a financial centre, where our advisers will quickly and easily help you choose the most suitable events for notifications and register you for the service.
