You can also prepare everything on site at a financial centre, where our advisers will assist you and register you.
To use DOnline, you need to visit a convenient bank branch, where you will complete an Initial Registration Application and review the Agreement, Terms and Conditions of Use and Security Recommendations. You will also need a computer with an up-to-date operating system and internet access. Detailed information about the service, registration steps and documents is available here.
DOnline lets you securely and conveniently view the balances and transactions of your current accounts, cards, loans and deposit products; make BGN and foreign-currency payments; pay monthly bills to utility providers and merchants; make bulk payments; transfer funds instantly between your accounts; and easily block your bank cards when necessary or change your card limit.
No fees are charged for registering for or using the service, or for adding an account to it.
To confirm transactions, you can choose and use one of two secure, easy-to-use authorisation methods:
– One-time TAN codes sent by SMS (free of charge);
– A token device that generates dynamic passwords (subject to a one-off fee).
If you have forgotten your login password, you need to request a new one in person at any convenient bank branch.
Remember that whenever you first log in with an initial or reissued password, the system will require you to change it.
– For users with view-only access (who cannot initiate transfers from their accounts), the change is made as follows:
Current password + New password + New password.
– For users with TAN codes by SMS
New password + New password + TAN code (which you will receive by SMS).
– Users with a token do not have a login password. To access the service, they always enter the code generated by the token device in the password field, immediately followed by their Additional Personal Code, with no space. A change to the Additional Personal Code is confirmed using the code generated by the token device.
If you have lost your token (OTP) device, you need to contact the Bank to obtain a new one. When it is reissued, the fee specified in the tariff is payable again as a one-off charge.
New accounts opened with DBank are not added to the service automatically unless you specifically requested this when you first registered. If you wish to add an account and you are a legal entity’s representative or authorised signatory, you need to complete an application at a convenient Bank branch. If you are an individual and have active rights on at least one of your current accounts in DOnline, you can add your new account yourself directly from your profile using Settings >> Add account.
Information about your loans that you have requested to monitor through online banking is available under My loans. If no information appears and you are a legal entity’s representative or authorised signatory, you need to complete an application at a convenient Bank branch. If you are an individual and have active rights on at least one of your current accounts in DOnline, you can add your loan yourself directly from your profile using Settings >> Add account.
A detailed user guide for the service is freely available on the Bank’s website.
Security is paramount for any remote banking service. That is why, when first registering for DOnline, every client reads and signs the Security Recommendations.
Some key recommendations are:
• Do not disclose your username, password or any other personal electronic identification credentials to anyone.
• Change your login password regularly.
• Create passwords that are difficult to guess and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
• Do not use public computers; use licensed software.
• Do not visit websites with suspicious content.
• Log out using Exit when you have finished.

Fees for the different types of payment initiated through DOnline are several times lower than those for paper-based transfers ordered at a bank branch. Full information about the Bank’s current fees and commissions is available on its website.
