We inform you that, by decision of the Management Board of D Commerce Bank AD dated 26.08.2026, with effect from 01.11.2026, the following new document takes effect: General Terms and Conditions of D Commerce Bank AD for the Provision of Payment Services Using Bank Cards.
This constitutes advance notice in accordance with Article 62, paragraph 1 of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act. If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to terminate the agreement in writing before the changes take effect, without owing compensation or a penalty. The Bank will consider you to have accepted the changes unless you notify it otherwise before 01.11.2026.
