*The interest bonus is accrued monthly on the residual debt on the loan and is paid to your account on the maturity date of the 13th, 25th, 37th, 49th, 61st installment. The condition for receiving the 5-year bonus is regular repayment of the due monthly repayment installments (without delays of more than 30 days) and not more than 10% partial early repayment of the loan for the five-year bonus period.

*The indicated interest rates are valid for transfer of salary in the Bank or 150% of the loan installment, issuance of a credit card and payment of two utilities per month through the Bank. In the case of loans granted with a limited liability clause up to the amount of the collateral, according to the Consumer Credit Act (Art. 11, para. 5), the annual interest rates shall be increased by 1.00 percentage points.

Example: The annual percentage rate (APR) is 4.15% for a loan of BGN 80,000, with a repayment period of 25 years. The interest rate is 3.85%, fixed for the 1st year and variable for the remaining term (6M EURIBOR plus fixed surplus). BGN 100 fee for loan research and approval, BGN 2 fee for opening a loan account, BGN 2.80 per month fee for servicing account, BGN 2.40 per month card account service fee, BGN 60 fee for consent to cancel a mortgage, BGN 60 fee for renewal and registration of mortgage renewal, BGN 42 annual service fee for credit card maintenance. The total amount to be repaid - BGN 127,653.56, monthly installment BGN 415.67. The APR does not include the cost of the obligatory annual property insurance of the property, accepted as collateral for a housing loan Our Home.
