Nikolay Spasov is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board of D Commerce Bank AD, after the Bulgarian National Bank issued a certificate of qualification and professional experience in banking and was duly registered.
Mr. Spasov has over 20 years of expertise in the field of digital transformation, optimization of internal processes and management of banking operations.
His professional path is in Bulgarian and international financial institutions, where he has successfully implemented large-scale and complex projects in areas such as risk management, daily banking, payment technologies, credit administration, cash and card operations, as well as treasury activities. In his work, he consistently applies high standards of information and security, ensuring the sustainability and reliability of banking services.
