Notification for changes

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that by virtue of a Resolution of the Management Board of D Commerce Bank AD dated 15.10.2025, the following are amended as of 01.01.2026:

І. General Terms and Conditions for Opening, Servicing and Closing Bank Accounts of Physical Persons at D Commerce Bank AD, as follows:

  1. The reference “Bulgarian lev” is replaced by “national currency” or “euro”. All thresholds have been revaluated in euro.
  2. As of 01.2026, the possibility to use the “direct debit” service is no longer available. In view of this, all texts in Art. 11, Art. 22, Art. 23, Art. 25 and Art. 39 related to the “direct debit” service have been removed.
  3. 22 has been updated with information about the payment systems which will be used as of 01.01.2026, as well as with the terms and conditions for executing payment orders.
  4. Art. 11 has been updated with the terms and conditions concerning payment accounts for main operations in light of the changes to the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act.

ІІ. General Terms and Conditions for Opening, Servicing and Closing Bank Accounts of Legal Entities and Sole Traders at D Commerce Bank AD, as follows:

  1. The reference “Bulgarian lev” is replaced by “national currency” or “euro”. All thresholds have been revaluated in euro.
  2. As of 01.2026, the possibility to use the “direct debit” service is no longer available. In view of this, all texts in Art. 27, Art. 28 and Art. 30 related to the “direct debit” service have been removed.
  3. Art. 27 has been updated with information about the payment systems which will be used as of 01.2026, as well as with the terms and conditions for executing payment orders.

ІІІ. General Terms and Conditions for Issuance and Use of International Debit Cards / Micro Cards DEBIT MC / MC STANDARD / DEBIT MC BUSINESS / MC BUSINESS and General Terms and Conditions for Issuance and Use of International Credit Cards / Micro Cards MC STANDARD / MC GOLD / MC BUSINESS, where the reference “Bulgarian lev” is replaced by “national currency” or “euro”. All thresholds have been revaluated in euro.

ІV. General Terms and Conditions of D Commerce Bank AD for the Use of the Service “D MOBILE” – Remote Banking via the Mobile Application “D Mobile”, where the reference “Bulgarian lev” is replaced by “national currency” or “euro”.

V. Framework Agreement on Rendering Payment Services by D Commerce Bank AD to Physical Persons and Framework Agreement on Rendering Payment Services by D Commerce Bank AD to Legal Entities and Sole Traders, as follows:

  1. The reference “Bulgarian lev” is replaced by “national currency” or “euro”. All thresholds have been revaluated in euro.
  2. The texts related to the “direct debit” service have been removed.
